  3. So we built Musa: one program where operators set up and run the whole system, and bring in the activity desks that sell for them, without calling customer service every time something changes. Musa can also list your trips on its own booking marketplace, so guests can find and book you on Musa.

  • Search basics on the site we build: page titles, descriptions and a sitemap. We don’t promise rankings.

Website build and standard setup: $0. No fixed-term lock-in. Hosting, domains, maintenance, Musa booking fees and card processing are separate.

Moving customer lists or existing bookings is a separate job. We scope it with you first.

What you keep, and what’s separate

When the site is done, you get the agreed website source or export, final copy, transferable included assets and basic deployment notes. Musa’s hosted booking and payment service remains with Musa; its backend, shared product code and trademarks do not transfer with your site. Moving the website does not move the booking service.

Licensed assets, third-party services, data migration and custom integrations are separate and require an agreed scope. Standard service and payment terms apply. We confirm the pages, content and any separate costs before work begins.

07Fees

3% a ticket. You choose who pays it.

Musa’s fee is 3% of each paid ticket’s list price, before discounts or credits. Absorb it, or pass it to your guests as a booking fee at checkout. Card processing is separate.

08Activity desks

Bring the desks that sell for you.

Add the hotel and activity desks that sell your trips. Set each desk’s commission and how you settle up. Tag each booking with the desk, the agent and the voucher number.

Each desk gets its own private, read-only link to its bookings, commission and numbered statements.

Desks and operators bring each other. Each operator who joins can bring their desks, and every desk can tell us which operators it wants to see on Musa.

Musa’s desk side is new. We’re setting it up with our first desks.
